Founded in 2003, Echo Bridge is a leading independent film distribution company that owns or controls a library of over 3,500 titles.

In 2005, Echo Bridge bolstered its distribution infrastructure and library with its acquisition of Platinum Disc Corporation (now Echo Bridge Home Entertainment), delivering direct-to-store DVD distribution capability.
