SVU is a powerhouse in the grocery industry and they run well maintained stores. They also give a dividend of .35 cents per share.

Fifth is Beneficial Holdings (OTC:BFHJ). BFHJ is an OTC company. Although considered more risky, companies like BFHJ can move quickly.
