He also said that Mayer might find Zynga with its market value of about $3 billion an attractive target buy, if she is indeed considering such large deals. Further, Yahoo might also target food- review sites Yelp Inc. and OpenTable Inc., or Millennial Media Inc. which offers mobile advertising.
Representatives from the California and San Fransisco based companies couldn’t be immediately reached for comment. Spokespersons of Yelp and OpenTable weren’t available as well. A spokesman for Millennial Media refused to comment on the speculative news.
The Zynga stock soared 7.9 percent to $3.85 in New York, after touching $3.90.

Microsoft Corporation(NASDAQ:MSFT) has changed the licensing terms for various SKUs of Microsoft Office 2013 for Windows. Customers will now be allowed to transfer the software from one computer to another. This policy reversal was communicated in blog posted by Jevon Fark on Microsoft's Office News blog.Although nothing was said about the Mac versions, a recent report on MacTech said that the same policy will apply to Microsoft Office for Mac 2011, Office Home and Student 2013, Office Home and Business 2013, and Office Professional 2013 as well as standalone applications purchased through retail stores and resellers.

Customers can transfer their license and activate it on a new or different computer. This can be done any number of times but not more than once every 90 days.
