NEW YORK, June 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cohen & Steers International Realty Fund, Inc. today declared a semiannual distribution payable on June 29, 2007 to shareholders of record on June 28, 2007, with an ex-dividend date of June 29, 2007. The dividend amount payable to each class of shares is as follows:*

Class A Shares (NASDAQ:IRFAX) - $0.135 per share semiannual dividend.

Class C Shares (NASDAQ:IRFCX) (NASDAQ:19248H302) - $0.084 per share semiannual dividend.

Class I Shares (NASDAQ:IRFIX) (NASDAQ:19248H401) - $0.162 per share semiannual dividend.
