The Chicago based company reported third quarter earnings of $218 million, or 66 cents, missing analysts expectations of 72 cents by 6 cents. This years Q3 declined by 31% from last years result of $316.1 million or $0.95 per share.
Reported revenue of $683 million, declined by 21% from last years revenue of 874.2 million, and missed the estimate of $701.5 million.
CME Group shares were down $1.60, or -2.83% on Thursday morning.
