HAMILTON, BERMUDA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/07/12 -- Teekay Offshore Partners (Teekay Offshore or the Partnership) (NYSE: TOO) plans to release its financial results for the first quarter of 2012 before market open on Thursday, May 17, 2012.
