During his collegiate career, William earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business from Stellenbosch University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Free State, graduating with Honors. He also earned a Master of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Johannesburg. Mr. Van Aarde is a member of the Health Professions Council of South Africa, South African Board for Personnel Practice, and the Society of Industrial and Organisational Psychology of South Africa.
