To help fill 900 positions in Central Ohio, Chase plans a career open house from 5 to 8:30 p.m. June 2 at the McCoy Center’s North Cafeteria, 1111 Polaris Parkway.
“We’re looking for employees to join us in a broad range of roles in Central Ohio,” said James M. Malz, Ohio market president for Chase. “As the region’s largest private employer, Chase has career opportunities in customer service, branches, collections, operations, sales, analytics, finance, marketing, human resources, information technology, risk management and project management.”
Chase has 17,000 employees in central Ohio, after adding 5,000 in the last five years.
Among the job openings are:
- Personal Bankers: Meets customers in person or by phone to determine their financial needs and provide product and service recommendations; requires college degree, excellent relationship building skills and/or proven sales experience.
- Quality Analyst: Working with internal business units and external partners, completes internal reviews to validate customer account information and ensure risks are controlled and issues well documented; requires excellent written and verbal communications skills and previous mortgage loan servicing or mortgage loan operations experience strongly preferred
- Training Developer: Identifies opportunities to improve company performance and creates training programs, materials and job aids, trains trainers, manages projects independently and measures and reports on effectiveness of programs and materials; requires a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree preferred.
