The approval allows the Company to immediately move forward into the fastest growing segment of the smartphone industry. "We are very happy that the Nevada Gaming Control Board approved our latest release for the Android phones. This is the second successful field trial that we have completed. The Leroy's® APP© is two for two. A field trial is a standard practice for new technology and provides a timeframe for the regulators to review the product to ensure that it is suitable for distribution to the public. The new Leroy's® APP© for Android passed the field trial period and the company can now move forward with the numerous different Android smartphone models on all four major phone carriers. American Wagering has been featured on television, in the news, and has made a huge impact on the gaming industry with their innovative mobile betting technology. Currently only available for sports betting in Nevada the Company says the technology has many other uses and benefits that will be pursued as they move forward. "Once again we have shown to our state gaming regulators that we can and will deliver secure and practical solutions for mobile wagering. Its going to have all of our same features like in game betting and propositions and we have a lot more screen real estate to work with," further added Salerno. The Company has already begun marketing the Leroy's® APP© for Android phones and has developed interfaces for the tablets as they are developed. Its expected there will be many different options available in both Android smartphones and tablets such as size, shape, manufacturers, etc. "The Leroy's® APP© is a great fit on the Android operating system.
