NEW YORK, March 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE:CNS) announced today the appointment of Scott Crowe as senior vice president and global strategist/portfolio manager for real estate securities. Mr. Crowe will work with Joseph Harvey, president and chief investment officer, Jim Corl, chief investment officer for real estate securities, and the Cohen & Steers teams in New York, London, Brussels and Hong Kong.

Mr. Crowe comes to Cohen & Steers from UBS, where he was head of U.S. REITs and global strategist. In this position, he worked with a global real estate team of 40 analysts in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Mr. Crowe will be based in Cohen & Steers' New York office.
